My friends come around for tea and cakes the other day.

My friend Val said that she was having trouble getting her sponges to be as big as mine.

After her telling me step by step how she made them we found out that she was not taking them out of their tins as soon as they come out of the oven.That was why, now her sponges are bigger than mine it must be her happy hens eggs.!

I think Mr D will be happy when he comes home today.

James only likes my sponges.

Feeling worried about going away without James.

He is so busy going to college and having a great time with his friends but it is so hard when you are a Mum.
